PhD Position: “Rethinking Trust and Consent in Mobile Behavior Change Support Systems”

Fully funded, four-year PhD position in the Department of Philosophy and Ethics at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands.  The topic is “Rethinking Trust and Consent in Mobile Behavior Change Support Systems.”

This position is part of a research project entitled “Mobile Support Systems for Behavior Change”, a joint NWO-MVI project of the Philosophy and Ethics group at TU/e, the Human Technology Interaction group at TU/e, and Philips Research.


There is also a second PhD position based in the department of Human Technology Interaction (less relevant to the subscribers of this list, but still worth mentioning).  It is entitled “Trust and motivation in mobile behavior change support systems” and would be suitable for somebody with a background in AI, human-technology interaction, or psychology.
