CC2 Writing Retreat Nov 2022

November 7, 2022 - November 11, 2022

We are happy to announce that the 4TU November writing retreat is happening! Surrounded by nature and like-minded PhDs, the writing retreat is the perfect occasion to get some nice writing done, bond with the rest of the group, and learn from each other. The days will kick off with morning workshops on writing, both academic and more general, while the afternoons will offer plenty of time for writing. Cooking and eating together will be part of the experience, offering another good chance to let thoughts and words flow freely.

 A few details:

Date:                         7-11 November 2022
Location:                Losser, Overijssel (exact location will be provided soon)
Price:                        100€*
Credits:                    2,5 ECTS (Note: full membership in 4TU Ethics requires taking at least 10 ECTS in core courses, including two writing retreats)
Places available: 15

* You probably noticed that this year we are asking for a small fee for our writing retreats. The reason for this is that the budget for the retreat is quite limited, and we want the week to be a nice experience for all participants. The fee allows us to rent an accommodation with a bit more space, buy nice and healthy food, and provide some drinks. Important: this fee should not be paid out of your own pocket, but should be declared to your university/project! If this is really, really not an option, please ask your supervisors to contact Jochem or Mariska at .

A more detailed program will follow soon.

Please register for this writing retreat before 24 October by filling in this form.

Places are limited (15 max).

Cancellation: 50% refund up to one month before the start of the retreat, no refund after that.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask Céline () or Cindy ().
