Dr.Smith, P. (Patrick)

Patrick Taylor Smith (PhD, University of Washington, Seattle) is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Twente. Before coming to UT, Patrick was a postdoctoral fellow at the Buzz McCoy Center for Ethics in Society at Stanford University and Assistant Professor of Political Science and Global Studies at National University Singapore. His work is primarily in social and political philosophy, with specific interests in global and intergenerational justice in the context of climate change. He also has research interests in just war theory and emerging information technologies.
