International workshop: Charting the Next Steps for Robot Ethics is being held at the University of Twente on the 7th of May 2015.

This workshop brings together scholars of ethics, artificial intelligence, law, computer science, psychology, philosophy and computer science to critically discuss their experiences, case studies and reflections on robot ethics. In addition, the group aims to set an agenda in robot ethics for the next decade. The workshop intends to:
* Build a network of support between novice and expert researchers in robotics and robot ethics
* Build a network between academic and industrial leaders
* Discuss and critique various adaptations and appropriations of robot ethics
* Explore differences in methods for short versus long term projects
* Discuss opportunities for collaboration among the community
* Reflect on the last 20 years of robot ethics research and create a roadmap for robot ethics in the coming decade
