4TU.Ethics congratulates Taylor Stone [http://ethicsandtechnology.eu/member/stone-t-w-taylor/] for being awarded for his paper on “The Morality of Darkness: Urban Nights, Light Pollution, and Evolving Values.” The Society for Philosophy of Technology did recognize as one of the top five submissions by graduate students to the SPT 2017 conference. We also congratulate Yu Xue, who also received a prize for her paper on “The Moral Agency and Moral Responsibility of Robots.” Yu Xue has been a visiting scholar at TUD last year and is working at the Department of Philosophy of Dalian University of Technology (China). She has presented her work at the 4TU.Ethics Annual Research Day 2016 and is involved in our ongoing collaboration with our colleagues from 8TU Ethics.
